@TrentWalton generally speaking (from recent clients) I try to keep everything in one place, usually in Notion (via a sort of project dashboard/canvas linking to all the prototypes/materials and all project documentation) but the reality is most orgs use google workspace where there are no issues with permissions because everybody by default has access. So reports, spreadsheets, user test recordings end up in google sheets/drive no matter how hard you try to keep everything in the same place.
